This website is owned and operated by Whale Haus, based in Uttar Pradesh, India. All products listed on this site are sold and shipped only within India.

All prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes. We issue sale invoices (not GST invoices) with every order.

2. Account Creation

To place an order on our website, you must create an account using a valid email address and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3. Orders & Shipping

• We begin shipping orders within 3–4 business days from the date of order placement.

• You will receive tracking details via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

• We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

• Some products may be offered on a pre-order basis, which may have longer shipping times (mentioned on the product page).
   

4. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at care@whalehaus.com. After that, the order cannot be cancelled once it enters processing or shipping stages.

5. Stock Availability

While we do our best to ensure stock accuracy, in rare cases a product may go out of stock after your order is placed. In such situations, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

6. Product Disclaimer

Please note:

• Sizes may vary slightly by a few inches due to manual measurements.

• Colors and prints may appear different in real life than they do in photos due to lighting, screen resolutions, or fabric texture.
   

We strive to display all products as accurately as possible.
