At Whale Haus, we strive to provide premium-quality products and excellent customer service. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we're here to help.
🔁 Return Eligibility
We only accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:

The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong size/product sent).

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.

The item must be:

Unused and in brand-new condition

Returned with original tags and packaging
-
Accompanied by video proof taken while unboxing the parcel

Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Size issues
-
Change of mind
-
Discounted/sale items
-
Pre-orders (unless defective)
🔄 Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges, except for defective or wrong items.
💸 Refunds
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

Wrong item sent
-
Defective or damaged product (with valid proof)

Product out of stock after order placed
Refunds are issued in the form of a Whale Haus gift card within 7 business days of approval.
📦 Return Process

Email us first at care@whalehaus.com within 3 days of delivery with:

Order ID
-
Unboxing video clearly showing the issue

Photos (if needed)
-

Once approved, we will arrange pickup via our courier partner.

After the returned product is inspected and approved, we’ll process your refund.

Unboxing video is mandatory. Returns without valid video proof may be rejected.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
