Return & Refund Policy

At Whale Haus, we strive to provide premium-quality products and excellent customer service. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we're here to help.

🔁 Return Eligibility

We only accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong size/product sent).

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • The item must be:

    • Unused and in brand-new condition

    • Returned with original tags and packaging

    • Accompanied by video proof taken while unboxing the parcel
       

Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Size issues

  • Change of mind

  • Discounted/sale items

  • Pre-orders (unless defective)
     

🔄 Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges, except for defective or wrong items.
 

💸 Refunds

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item sent

  • Defective or damaged product (with valid proof)

  • Product out of stock after order placed

 

Refunds are issued in the form of a Whale Haus gift card within 7 business days of approval.

📦 Return Process

  1. Email us first at care@whalehaus.com within 3 days of delivery with:

    • Order ID

    • Unboxing video clearly showing the issue

    • Photos (if needed)

  2. Once approved, we will arrange pickup via our courier partner.

  3. After the returned product is inspected and approved, we’ll process your refund.
     

❗ Important Notes

  • Unboxing video is mandatory. Returns without valid video proof may be rejected.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
