Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–4 business days after payment confirmation.

• However, in some cases, processing may take up to 5–6 business days, depending on product type or demand.
   

Delivery Time

• Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

• Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.) are beyond our control, but we will keep you informed via email.
   

Shipping Charges

• We offer Free Shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
   

Delivery Coverage

• We currently ship only within India, covering most pin codes and regions.

• If your address is out of coverage, we will contact you to suggest alternative solutions.

We ship through trusted logistics partners including:

• Ecom Express

• Shiprocket
   

Tracking information will be sent to your registered email once the order is dispatched.
 

Delivery Failures

• If a delivery attempt fails due to reasons like incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, we may attempt a re-delivery.

• Additional shipping charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.

• If the parcel is returned to us and remains unclaimed for 7 days, the order may be considered cancelled without refund.
   

Pre-Orders

• Some products are available on a pre-order basis.

• In such cases, the estimated dispatch time will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

• We usually begin dispatching pre-orders 20–30 days before official launch.
